Body: Flat blue tinsel
Rib: Small oval copper tinsel, doubled
Throat: Red schlappen fibers
Wing: 2 royal blue hackles flanked by slightly shorter black hackles
Eyes: Small Jungle Cock
Head: Black

This is the streamer adaptation of my steelhead fly of the same name. I like using blue in a few patterns as I find it highly effective and under-used.
