Body: Flat silver tinsel
Belly: White bucktail covered with light blue bucktail
Wing: Two grizzly saddle hackles covered with two light blue hackles
Shoulder: Silver pheasant cheek feather
Cheek: Jungle cock
Head: White and blue thread.

Notes: A simple original design created for a UNC friend of Monte’s. The Tarheel is similar to his Icy Blue, just uglier. 🙂 I’ll bet it gets fished during March Madness.
