Larry has been tying a series of streamers based on tartans. (See Scott Murdock’s Tartan Series also). The colors of the tartan appealed to him and so the fly was conceived. The clan was formed a confederation composed of the several clans. We will be showing more of Larry’s Tartan Series streamers throughout the year.
Larry Leight – When I lived up North in NY State there were many places to test my flies. Now, living here in the coastal south of North Carolina not so much, and I really miss it. At present, my own streamers are works of art, but are made to work.
